DESCRIPTION:
elma tec clean A3 is a liquid, alkaline ultrasonic cleaning concentrate. It cleans surfaces made of stainless steel, steel and other ferrous metals, titanium and precious metals after mechanical treatment (turning, milling, lapping, polishing, grinding, drawing and punching). Removes residues of lapping, polishing and grinding media and of punching oil and drawing grease as well as of high-performance cooling lubricants.
APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

APPLICATION AND DOSAGE
- Ultrasonic bath: Dosage: 3 - 8 % in water (Temperature: 50-80 °C | Cleaning time: 3-5 min.)
- For corrosion-sensitive pieces add as corrosion inhibitor elma-KS, 0.1 vol-% to the cleaning and rinsing bathes and/or blow off quickly after rinsing.
