DESCRIPTION:
elma tec clean A5 is an alkaline ultrasonic cleaner (powder) suitable for metal, artificial and natural rubber surfaces, gray cast iron and zinc die casting as well as for light metal alloys and plastic. Removes scaled or resinous oil and grease, wax, residual lacquer and paint. Check magnesium alloys and coatings for compatibility before use. Not suitable for plastics that are not alkali-proof or that are susceptible for stress cracking.
APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

APPLICATION AND DOSAGE
- Ultrasonic bath: Dosage: 3 - 5 % by weight (Temperature: 50-80°C | Cleaning time: 3-10 min.)
- Warm up water in the tank to at least 50 °C, start the ultrasonic, add powder slowly while constantly stirring.
- After cleaning rinse the surfaces thoroughly.
